Founded in 2014, our mission is to deliver excellent, value-for-money training, external quality assessments (EQAs), internal audit engagements and GRC-related advisory work at fair and affordable prices.
Our specialist areas include internal audit, governance, risk management, and counter fraud.
Our founder and lead consultant, John Chesshire, has developed a reputation as a well-respected and insightful internal audit and risk management leader, expert, and trainer. Over the last 22 years, he has designed and delivered hundreds of tailored, cost-effective and topical training courses, conference sessions, EQAs and consultancy engagements across the UK, Ireland, mainland Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia.
He regularly presents at conferences, and leads training events for several Institutes of Internal Auditors, including the Chartered IIA in the UK and Ireland, and other wonderful IIA chapters including Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Oman, Poland, Slovenia and Sweden.
In recent years John has delivered over 50 EQAs of internal audit teams in the UK, Ireland, and elsewhere across Europe. In these reviews he does not just deliver a view on conformance with standards; rather he strives to add value and support through identifying opportunities for further improvement and enhanced service delivery. It's as much about improved internal audit performance.
John's recent clients include FTSE-listed companies in the UK, multinationals, central and local government bodies across Europe, defence and law enforcement agencies, financial services companies, ACCA, CIPFA, NATO, the OECD, professional services firms and international charities.
